Philosophy
Our aim is to create mindfulness and prepare children for the world, to be leaders in their own right and for every child to have a
place in society by expressing their true unique self. There are innumerable methods with which to practice mindfulness. Ultimately, the goal for any mindfulness technique is to achieve a state of alertness, focus and relaxation by paying deliberate attention to thought and emotion with empathy and proper judgement. This process will engage both heart and mind to create balance in any form of decision making. By combining physical movement with various artistic mediums, we offer a wholesome approach to kind and conscious decision making. The kind of decision making process that creates beautiful individuals, who in turn create a beautiful world. In building a foundation through mindfulness, Perfect Squiggle delivers a programme that invokes the hearts and minds of children when interacting with their peers in social situations and builds confidence, regardless of their personal background. “Mindfulness isn’t difficult, we just need to remember to do it.” ~Sharon Salzberg |
